About the Contributors

Wilber Zepeda, Sports Editor
My name is Wilber Zepeda, and I am a Senior. I play travel and semi-pro soccer. I enjoy watching sports and movies. I spend my free time training or hanging out with family or friends. I am excited to write for The Scribe one last year, and bring you the best sports coverage this year.

Orin Connell, Entertainment Writer
I’m Orin, i’m in the 12th grade, and this is my third year on The Scribe. This year I am the Business Manager and Secretary. What I am most excited for in this class is the potential for workshops that are paramount to having fun in this class and growing connection towards the students. I am both on the Bowling team (Join it please), and love Nine Inch Nails (It is my one true passion in this world).

Sumira Adhikari, Editor-In=Chief
I’m Sumira Adhikari, a senior, and this is my third year on the publication. With the size of our staff this year, I’m excited to cover stories we may not have had the capacity to previously write. A fun fact about me is that I really love gel pens.

Sophia Wright, Reporter
Hi, my name is Sophia Wright, and I am a junior and a reporter on The Scribe. I spend most of my free time playing games or watching my favorite shows and movies. One of my favorite things to do is bake and try new recipes! I am also involved with South Theater. My goals for this year are to improve my writing skills and become a better journalist. I can’t wait to start writing for The Scribe!

Lily Meek, Photographer
Hi, I’m Lily Meek, a senior, and I am the staff photographer and photo manager for the Scribe. This is my second year on staff, and I’m excited to try videography this year. Outside of my photography and school time, I also box and do martial arts. If you ever see me at football or any athletic games, I’m usually the one in front with a camera bag and camera in my hand. Come say, hey! ‘Go Cats!
