Athlete: Sophomore Mallorie Hubbard
Sophomore Mallorie Hubbard is this week’s Wildcat Athlete of the Week. According to Matt Yingling, Girls’ Golf coach, she had a phenomenal past week.. At the OCC tournament on Wednesday Sept. 4, she posted a season and personal best score of 87 at the Links at Echo Springs GC in Johnstown, Ohio to lead the Wildcats. Her score that day was the 4th best score out of 30 golfers. Then on Saturday, Sept. 7 at Mill Creek GC in Ostrander, she set another personal best by shooting 86 once again leading the Lady ‘Cats. Her score was the 15th best round of the day (out of 85 golfers).
