Westerville South had a significant Homecoming saga this year. On Oct. 3, Westerville South had their Homecoming Pep Rally, where the Westerville South Homecoming court was announced. Kobe Long and Yui Seki were each crowned Homecoming King and Queen. Next was pitting the Teachers against the Students in an intense dodgeball game. The teachers came out on top both rounds. That night, the Westerville South Football team went up against Delaware Hayes, and won a tight overtime game 26-25, blocking a field goal for the win. Homecoming 2025 was hosted the following day, on Oct 4, and the theme was Ocean Oasis. The dance was pulled together by the Westerville South student council. The actual dance was held in the aux gym, but people also hung out in the commons playing cards, board games, and eating with each other, all to make for one entertaining night.
