Hi, my name is Sophia Wright, and I am a junior and a reporter on The Scribe. I spend most of my free time playing games or watching my favorite shows and movies. One of my favorite things to do is bake and try new recipes! I am also involved with South Theater. My goals for this year are to improve my writing skills and become a better journalist. I can’t wait to start writing for The Scribe!

I’m Sumira Adhikari, a senior, and this is my third year on the publication. With the size of our staff this year, I’m excited to cover stories we may not have had the capacity to previously write. A fun fact about me is that I really love gel pens.

My name is Wilber Zepeda, and I am a Senior. I play travel and semi-pro soccer. I enjoy watching sports and movies. I spend my free time training or hanging out with family or friends. I am excited to write for The Scribe one last year, and bring you the best sports coverage this year.

Grace Rodstrom, News/Feature Editor
Hi, everyone! My name is Grace Rodstrom, and I’m a sophomore at Westerville South. I am the Scribe’s News/Feature Editor and hope to pursue broadcast journalism at Ohio University. In my free time, I like to read, listen to music, and watch movies. I also do theater outside of school! I am so excited to be a part of the Scribe as an underclassman and can’t wait to see what’s in store for this year!

Hi, my name is Madison Winesette, and I am a senior. I am the social media manager for The Scribe. I am very excited to go behind the scenes of The Scribe this year and be a part of sharing it with you!

Anne Keir, Reporter
My name is Anne Keir. I’m a Junior at Westerville South and a reporter for The Scribe. I am a second generation student at South and my family has lived in Westerville for years. I am on the Track and Field team here at Westerville South and compete in the shot put and discus. I’m an avid reader and participate in the Battle of the Books team. In my free time, I work as a lifeguard at the local pools and bake treats for my friends and family. While working for the Scribe, I hope to spread our influence and give the student body a voice through our paper.

Orin Connell, Entertainment Writer
I’m Orin, i’m in the 12th grade, and this is my third year on The Scribe. This year I am the Business Manager and Secretary. What I am most excited for in this class is the potential for workshops that are paramount to having fun in this class and growing connection towards the students. I am both on the Bowling team (Join it please), and love Nine Inch Nails (It is my one true passion in this world).

Alex Lamm, Entertainment Writer
My name is Alexandra Lamm, Alex for short. I took the Scribe in my sophomore year, but skipped as a junior. Obviously, I’m back for my senior year. I am excited to write about movies or shows that come out, or even wide-spread rereleases in theaters. A fun fact about me is that love science, hiking, skiing, photography (especially action figures), and building LEGOs.
