Raised in Brooklyn and based in New York, Geese, the up and coming indie rock band is releasing their latest album “Getting Killed” on Sept. 26. The album is expected to cover coming of age themes such as the uncertainty of getting older, money, and finding your place in the world. With their tour starting Sept. 5, Geese plans to come to America, playing in Detroit, Michigan Oct. 13.
Equate Magazine interviews Geese to explore the band’s group persona. Geese explained what to expect of their stage performance stating,“You can expect for us to jump through the drums probably, to either jump into the crowd or the drums. Be ready or have your phones ready? We like to have a lot of fun on stage and usually end up playing louder just the way we like, to have that rock show experience basically.” The band takes sound inspiration from classic rock bands such as The Beatles and Radiohead.
