Pedro Pascal was born in Santiago, Chile and grew up in San Antonio,Texas and Orange County, California. As mentioned in Bigoraphy.com, after the government in Chile started having problems that affected the country, Pascal and his family fled to San Antonio, Texas. He attended New York University; and after graduating, he went into the acting field. He auditioned for countless companies and soon after, he was starring in shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Graceland. After starring in Game of Thrones as the character Oberyn Martell, his career took off. He then starred in The Last of Us and The Madolorian.  He’s been an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community by posting on social media. He constantly supports his sister, who came out as transgender in 2021. According to IMDB.com Pascal has won three Emmy Awards and a MTV Movie and TV Award for Best Hero and Best Duo from starring as the main protagonist in The Last of Us.

Hi, everyone! My name is Grace Rodstrom, and I’m a sophomore at Westerville South.  I am the Scribe’s News/Feature Editor and hope to pursue broadcast journalism at Ohio University. In my free time, I like to read, listen to music, and watch movies. I also do theater outside of school!
